1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the order. Standard worldwide delivery time is 15 business days. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to all countries worldwide. For international orders, additional customs fees or import duties may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your robot arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our support team within [insert time frame] days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns on robots within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the robot must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@limix.com.cn. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Exchanges:
We only replace robots if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, contact us at sales@limix.com.cn. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, like customized robots or software, may not be eligible for a refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
